Sort out the cabinet's main parts, including the side panel boards, bottom panel, cardboard backboard, drawer sliders and drawer pieces. A drawer consists of two sides, a rear and a front piece of wood. Make sure all of the components to complete five drawers are in your box.
Assemble the five drawers first. Each drawer will consist of two sides, rear panel, front panel, drawer pull and bottom panel. Apply glue to the surfaces that meet. Each board will meet with another board in three places, the two sides and the bottom. Use screws and a screwdriver to place a drawer pull on each drawer.
Assemble the main cabinet frame, consisting of the two sides, top panel, bottom panel and backboard. Screw the side panels to the bottom panel. Screw the top panel onto the two side panels. Attach the backboard with nails.
Screw the drawer sliders into the main cabinet assembly and slide in the drawers.
