Measure the starting wall from one inside corner to the second inside corner at the other end. Mark out the measurement on a piece of molding, with two marks along the top edge of it.
Put the molding on your miter saw, standing in the position it will be on the floor, so the back of the molding is flush against the guard fence of the saw. Move the molding so one of the two marks is under the blade.
Swivel the blade 45 degrees inward, toward the middle of the board. Cut it.
Slide the molding in the other direction, so the other mark is under the blade. Swivel the blade 45 degrees inward again, which will be in the opposite direction as before. Cut it.
Repeat the procedure for each section of the wall that requires molding. If any of the walls end in outside corners instead of inside corners, then make the cuts angle 45 degrees outward instead of inward.
Set the pieces of molding in place against the wall, sitting on the tile floor. Secure them by shooting trim nails into the walls (not the floor), putting the nails about every foot along the upper and lower edges of each piece. The mitered ends will make the corners.
Run a smooth, unbroken bead of caulk along the bottom of each piece of molding where it meets the tile. Wet your finger and run it along each line right after you lay it to smooth the caulk and press it into the contours of the tiles along the molding. Let it set for 12 hours.
