How to Make Custom Saunas for Bathrooms

A sauna allows you to detoxify your body while relaxing your muscles and is a great way to reduce stress and improve your health. You can set up your own custom sauna in your bathroom in just a few simple steps. When choosing a portable steamer for your sauna, make sure that it has the ability to produce steam for at least 30 to 40 minutes.

Instructions

  Put your small plastic chair at the center of your bathtub or shower stall.

  Hang your beach towels at the top of the stall or shower curtain to create a barrier that will keep as much of the steam as possible in the stall area.

  Prepare your portable steamer by filling the reservoir with water and sliding the hose into the stall, placing the end of the hose underneath your chair. Turn on your steamer and let it run for approximately 10 minutes, allowing the steam to build.
