Insert a hot glue stick into the back of a hot glue gun; then plug in the glue gun to heat it up for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cut a piece of pastel-colored satin ribbon using scissors to measure 48 inches long.
Squeeze a pea-sized dollop of hot glue onto the back of a 12-inch wide grapevine wreath, then press one end of the ribbon onto the hot glue dollop. Allow the hot glue to cool for two minutes.
Wrap the ribbon around the grapevine wreath one turn. Leave a 2-inch wide space between the wound ribbon to leave part of the grapevine wreath exposed.
Cut the ends of 12 to 18 fresh flower to measure 4 inches long.
Insert two to three fresh flowers into the wrapped ribbon so that they are displayed on the front of the wreath. Wrap the ribbon a second turn, spacing the wrapping 2 inches apart from the first turn.
Insert two to three more fresh flowers into the ribbon on the second turn, then wrap the ribbon a third turn. Repeat this process until you are back at the top of the wreath again.
Squeeze another pea-sized dollop of hot glue onto the back of the wreath, then press the other end of the ribbon onto the hot glue dollop to secure the form in place. Allow the hot glue to cool for two minutes.
