How to Use a Ceramic Oven

A ceramic oven refers to any type of oven constructed of earthenware, such as clay, brick and terracotta. Perhaps one of the most notable types of ceramic ovens is the pizza oven. These ovens are heated by fire, and the ceramic material evenly distributes the heat, allowing food to cook more evenly, meaning there is less likelihood of food being charred on one side and raw on another. Since these ovens don't rely on gas or electricity to heat them, they are an ecologically friendly cooking option. Properly using a ceramic oven will allow you to successfully cook with the appliance.
