How to Make Bird Silhouettes for Windows

Window stickers enable you to decorate the rooms in your home in a whimsical and inexpensive way. Black contact paper
Mat cutting board
Bird stencil
Art tape
Oil pencil
Pen knife
Washcloth

Instructions

  Lay a sheet of black contact paper onto a mat cutting board. Tape a bird stencil onto the contact paper using art tape. Art tape can be applied and removed without tearing the contact paper or leaving behind sticky residue.

  Trace inside the bird stencil using an oil pencil. Remove the stencil and the art tape.

  Cut out the traced bird shape using a pen knife. Discard the cut-off pieces.

  Wipe off any oil pencil marks using a damp washcloth.

  Peel the backing off the bird silhouette and stick it onto a window.
