How to Layer Brick Boxes

If your children love LEGO building blocks, then you may be looking for an easy way to organize all of the tiny pieces. To do this, place the pieces in a Brick Box, which is a plastic container that you can purchase from online toy websites that sell these plastic building blocks. Organize the Brick Boxes by layering them on bookshelves or on other pieces of furniture.

Instructions

    • 1

Purchase a variety of plastic LEGO Brick Boxes that come in different colors.

    • 2

Sort your LEGO building blocks into different piles by color. Put all the red blocks in the red Brick Box, all the yellow blocks in the yellow Brick Box, and so on.

    • 3

Place the covers on top of the Brick Boxes and press down until each cover snaps into place. The covers have raised surfaces made for easy stacking.

    • 4

Stack one Brick Box on top of another. Place the double-layered set on a bookshelf. Repeat with another double-layered stack. You also can layer the Brick Boxes in tall piles of about six boxes at a time. Place the layered towers directly on the floor and against a wall in your toy room.
