Just because a knife has a metal blade doesn't mean it also has to have a metal handle. A wooden handle on a knife gives it a timeless, natural appearance and adds to a wholesome, organic feeling when you're chopping fruits and vegetables. Regardless of whether you've carved your own knife handles or bought unfinished wood handles in a store, you'll need to finish them to both enhance their beauty and protect them for years to come.
