Microsuede refers to a type of material commonly used for sofas, chairs and shoes. Microsuede is a polyester microfiber that makers have brushed to have the texture of suede. Some people refer to it as faux suede. Microsuede is cheaper than authentic suede, and often is softer and easier to clean. If you've chosen microsuede as the material for the cushions on your outdoor furniture, you've made a wise decision. You should, however, make the effort to weatherproof your cushions before you take them outside.
