Instructions

    • 1

Wipe off the mini pumpkins with a damp paper towel. You will need one pumpkin for each person sitting at the table. Make sure that there is no dirt or grime left on the pumpkins.

    • 2

Write each person's name on a pumpkin using the permanent marker. Use large, block letters that are easy to read. The name should not stretch more than halfway around the pumpkin. You can use just first names or first and last. If you use both, place the first name over the last name.

    • 3

Place dots on the ends of the letters using the glitter glue. This adds some sparkle to your pumpkin. Make the dots relatively small so that the names are still easy to read.

    • 4

Glue the bottom of the pumpkin to the stem end of the fall leaf. You can glue it to the very end or just toward that end. The result should be that the pumpkin is sitting on top of the leaf with the pretty, pointed edges of the leaf sticking out. The part of the pumpkin with the name on it should be facing forward, away from the stem of the leaf.

    • 5

Add some glitter accents to the leaf. You may wish to trace the veins in the leaf with the glitter glue or draw your own designs.

    • 6

Let the place cards dry for several hours before using them on your table.
