Instructions

    • 1

Cut the floral foam with a knife so that it fits in your chosen container.

    • 2

Place it in a bucket of water and allow it to absorb the water for 10 to 15 minutes or until it is wet all the way through.

    • 3

Remove the foam from the bucket and place it in your container. Secure it with two strips of floral tape.

    • 4

Insert the stems of the foliage you have chosen into the floral foam in a pleasing design. Keep the length of the foliage in scale with the container.

    • 5

Wash the lemons and discard any bruised or marred fruit. Insert a floral pick into a lemon. Push it in about 3 inches so that it is secure. Position the lemon among the foliage. Insert the exposed end of the floral pick into the foam base. Repeat this process with the remaining lemons until you are pleased with the results.

    • 6

Arrange your flowers around the lemons until you feel the arrangement is complete. Use small flowers to fill the spaces between the pieces of fruit.
