Making Your Own Floral Wall Arrangement

  Cut four pieces of wood approximately 1 inch in width and 4 inches in length. Cut circles into the center of two pieces of the wood. Attach the circle piece of wood with a non-circle piece, forming an L-shaped figure. Use screws and wood glue. Attach the other two pieces.

  Paint the wood and floral cone or vase, allow them to dry. After they are dry, set the floral cone inside one sconce frame and place it along the wall to ensure that the sconce is the correct height.

  If you are using artificial flowers, fill the cone with foam and arrange flowers. Then hang the sconce on the wall using screws and place the floral cone inside the hole.

  When you are using a live floral arrangement, use either a vase or jar to hold the flowers. Line the vase edges with moss, fill with flowers, and add water. Place the vase with flowers in the sconce.
