How to Make Miniature Crepe Paper Flowers

     Cut three or four squares of crepe paper. Each square should measure 3 inches to a side. The paper colors can be whatever you like.

     Stack the squares on top of each other.

     Fold the pile of crepe paper into an accordion shape.

     Wrap the end of a green twist tie around the middle of the crepe paper to form the stem. It should look like a bow tie.

     Pull the ends of the crepe paper up and separate the individual layers.

     Grasping the flower at the base, shape and crumple the crepe paper into a flower shape.
