How to Remove Stains From Commercial Vinyl Tile

When you place commercial vinyl tiles in your home, you are providing yourself with a floor that will have a strong resistance to stains. However, while it is resistant, stains are still possible. These stains can easily be removed using various methods that will have your vinyl tiles looking just as new as they were when you first got them.

  • Baking soda
  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • Vinegar
  • Scrub Brush

Instructions

      Pour a few tablespoons of baking soda into a bowl. Add warm water to the baking soda and mix with a spoon until it turns into a paste-like substance.

      Dip the tip of your scrub brush into the baking soda solution and scrub the stained area vigorously in a back and forth motion until the stain comes up.

      Create a solution containing half warm water and half isopropyl alcohol. Take a clean, dry cloth and submerge it into the solution.

      Remove the cloth and wring it out so that it doesn't drip. Place the damp cloth over the stained area on the vinyl floor and allow it to sit for several minutes before removing.

      Create a solution combining a cup of vinegar and a cup of water. Submerge a clean dry cloth into the solution. Wring the cloth out so it doesn't drip and wipe the area clean.
