Sweep the concrete surface area thoroughly, removing any dust or debris.
Wet the floor. Mix the concrete cleaning solution with water. Mop the floor, removing residual grease, oil or dirt.
Allow the floor two to three hours of dry time.
Measure the dimensions of the area where you will lay the cork. Cut the cork to your measurements.
Pour one-third of the adhesive into the paint tray. Turn the cork over with its underside facing up. Dip the roller brush into the adhesive.
Apply a thin coat of adhesive to the underside of the cork. The adhesive should appear shiny on the cork's surface.
Position the cork into place carefully.
Assemble the cork in place throughout the coverage area.
Apply the flooring roller to the cork, pressing it firmly in place. Roll the floor roller across the floor from side to side. Start at one wall with the roller and work your way to the opposite wall.
Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to dry before applying other flooring material.
