How to Cut Polyurethane Moulding

Moulding is decorative trim that is placed around a building to increase its aesthetic appeal. It is typically made of wood that is stained or painted, but moulding made of polyurethane is now available. Polyurethane moulding does not rot when it is installed outdoors or in other harsh environments. Cut the polyurethane moulding in much the same manner as wood moulding, however, use a a hand saw rather than a power saw. This reduces the chance of heat damage to the moulding during the sawing.
