Instructions

    • 1

Lay down enough newspaper so there is at least 10 inches of newspaper surrounding the object you want to bronze finish. This will will prevent any paint spills from staining your home.

    • 2

Dampen the sponge with warm water and gently wipe your steel surface clean. Use a clean towel to dry off the object and make sure to leave absolutely no water on the steel.

    • 3

Use a foam brush to apply thin layers of bronze paint to your steel surface. Slow, even strokes will ensure that your paint has a consistent thickness and an even color. Apply at least three coats to the steel, allowing three to four hours for drying between layers.
