DIY LED Stair Light

Place a piece of cardstock flat on a workspace.

Fold the cardstock in half along the horizontal fold.

Cut along the fold so that the cardstock is in two pieces.

Take the adhesive backing off the LED medallion’s back. Purchase this is light medallion from your local hardware or home construction supply store. Press the light medallion into the middle of one of the cardstock halves. This should automatically click on the light. Punch designs into the other cardstock half with punch tools purchased from a craft store.

Staple the punched cardstock halve onto the top of the cardstock halve with the LED medallion.

Add adhesive mounting strips to the back of the now-fused cardstock night light and press the night-light to the stairs or to the wall across from the staircase.
