Apply strips of double-sided tape to the back of the tulle. Remove the paper backing from the tape and press it to the wall to attach flat pieces of tulle in place.
Hang the tulle with thumb tacks, which works well for scalloped strands of the fabric or small bows. Press the thumb tacks into the tulle at select locations, bundling the fabric around so it hides the pin head.
Drive a small nail through the center of a large tulle bow with a thick mid-section. The nail provides the depth and strength to go through the fabric, which lesser methods would not.
Apply peel-and-stick wall hooks in the areas where you want the tulle to hang. Use ones designed for easy, damage-free removal. Line the tulle up with the hook in the position in which you want it to hang. Cut a small slit in the fabric and slip it over the hook.
