Instructions

    • 1

Cut out two rectangles from fleece fabric using scissors to measure 40 inches wide and 75 inches long. This will create a twin-sized comforter.

    • 2

Place the two pieces of fleece on top of each other, lining up the edges.

    • 3

Draw lines perpendicular to the edge around the perimeter of the doubled fleece using a fabric pencil, each line measuring 6 inches long and spaced 2 inches apart. This will leave a square of fabric at each corner that cannot be cut into strips.

    • 4

Cut off the square of fleece at each corner using scissors.

    • 5

Tie all of the two corresponding strips together into knots on the top and bottom layers of fleece. This will connect the top layer of fleece to the bottom layer of fleece and create a decorative and artistic comforter.
