How to Choose Color Schemes for Moroccan Living Rooms

Familiarize yourself with the colors of Moroccan decorating. Blue stands above the rest as the style's main color choice. Colors rich as jewels such as emerald green, soft pink, sunset red, mauve and orange augment the blues of Mediterranean, along with earth tones such as terracotta, umber and olive.

Paint your furniture. Deep reds, rich blues and yellows are common paint colors for furniture. To add to the Moroccan feel, consider adding geometric stencil designs on the furniture as well.
