Room Ideas With Lime Green and Purple Paints

Contrasting Trim

• Paint the walls of the room one color -- either purple or lime green -- and paint the room trim with the other color. Trim can include molding, baseboards, window frames, door frames and fireplace mantels. Sticking with one color for the bulk of the area to be painted will help achieve a more unified look, which is particularly important when you are working with such bright colors.
