You can paint the walls in zebra stripes if you want to make an incredibly bold statement, but the look may be too busy to be comfortable. Opt instead for neutral tones that tie into a zebra's natural habitat, such as a grass green or sandy brown.
Bedding is where you want to bring the zebra prints into play. Purchase a zebra bed skirt, sheets, pillows and a comforter to bring the pizazz to your bedroom. If you want to add a girly flair, use pink stripes instead of white. Add zebra printed curtains or tiebacks to add some attention to the windows.
Bring black furniture into the bedroom to add to the zebra theme. Select a black painted bed frame, including the headboard and footboard, and a black dresser or book shelf to the room's decor. Accent the furniture even further by painting stripes to create the zebra pattern.
While your main bedding and walls may not be as bold as the zebra prints, you can also add extra accents around the room like zebra candles, a lamp or wall art. If you can find a zebra covering for your couch or chair, add that to the mix. Don't forget some small pillows or a zebra print area rug. Be creative and design the room to match your personality.
