Instructions

    • 1

Flip the pot over, and paint the entire pot red with acrylic paint and a paintbrush. Allow the red paint to completely dry before continuing.

    • 2

Create black dots all over the pot by using a small circular sponge. Dip the sponge into the black paint, and press it all over the red paint in random spots to create the ladybug's spots. Allow the spots to dry.

Make a face for the ladybug by gluing two large googly eyes onto the center of the pot. The pot should still be flipped over, with the bottom part of the pot being the top part of the ladybug. Center the eyes in the middle of the pot. Draw a nose and mouth under the eyes with the acrylic paints.

Cut two wing shapes using black craft foam. Glue the wings on to the back of the pot to finish the ladybug decoration. Allow the pot to dry completely before you display it.
