Lockers and Shelves

• Incorporate lockers, cabinets or shelves into your mudroom for extra storage. Any of these items can be wall mounted and used to both accent the space and provide extra room for organizing items. If you have school-age children, assigning each a shelf or locker is a great way to keep backpacks, sports equipment and other school-related items organized and close at hand. Lockers are an ideal choice if your room is narrow, since they do not require much space, but cabinets and open shelves work in most rooms as well.
