Instructions

    • 1

Drape velvet fabrics across the bed or couch for a cozy throw.

    • 2

Layer old rugs throughout the space, including underneath furniture pieces.

    • 3

Tie old scarves around the mic stand so that the scarves cascade down the pole.

    • 4

Choose an open wall with a large amount of central space. Hammer nails along the wall, leaving nail heads 1/4 inch from the wall. Hang 33 1/3 or 45 rpm vinyl records on the nails using the records' center holes.

    • 5

Remove the cardboard backings from ready-made frames and place concert posters face down inside the frames. Trim poster edges if necessary for fit. Replace frame backings.

    • 6

Before committing to holes in your wall, place the frames on the floor until you like the way the grouping looks. Hammer nails on the wall to correspond to your plan and hang the concert posters.
