Kermit the Frog Bedroom Ideas

Walls

• One of the boldest ways to introduce a Kermit the Frog theme to your child's bedroom is by painting the walls in Kermit's trademark shade of green. To get the right color, bring a picture of Kermit with you when you shop for paint. If you can't find a color that matches exactly, you can have a custom shade mixed. Because Kermit's green is a cross between bright lime and pea-green, it can overwhelm a room if you use it for all four walls. Instead, try painting a single wall in the shade and keeping the others white to create an accent wall. Another option is to pair the green with white and create alternating stripes around the room for a fun, whimsical look that fits the theme well.

Bedding

• Kermit the Frog theme bedding is an ideal fit for your child's room, and you may be able find sheets, pillowcases and a comforter that features the famous frog and his Muppet pals. If you can't locate Kermit bedding, opt for a sheet set that features generic frogs to pick up the theme. Mural

• Even if you paint the walls in a shade of Kermit green, you can take your theme a step further by adding a mural.
