Decorative Static Cling Window Film

Whether you want to enhance the look of a room or increase privacy to the inside of the home, static window film is fairly easy to apply and remove anytime you want. With a variety of decorative films to shop from, choose between a frosted style to place over a bathroom window or a stained glass style to improve the look of the living room.
  1. Stained Glass

    • Custom stained glass panels are often expensive, but you can obtain a similar look in any room of the house with a decorative film in a stained glass style. Use stained glass decorative film on a large window in the living room to create a focal point in the space, or use it to cover window panes on either side of the front door to decrease visibility from the outside of the home. Various colors and styles of stained glass films complement any room color palette or decor for a fraction of the cost of actual stained glass panes.

    Frosted

    • For bathrooms that face out from the front of the house, frosted window films offer an attractive solution to increase privacy for your space. No matter what size window you have, easily trim window film to the necessary size and slowly smooth it onto the glass. Static cling films allow you to remove the film should you move or want to replace the design in the future. Frosted style film comes with various designs to suit the decor or style of the bathroom, including floral, geometric and plain.

    Sidelight

    • If your entryway door has sidelights on either side, easily dress up the space with decorative clings. Aside from adding beauty and color to the entryway, the decorative film provides the front of your home with privacy without blocking natural light. If you have an arts and crafts home, static cling film with an art deco style complements the look of the home. Tropical styles enhance homes with a coastal design, and classic, scrolling styles are ideal for traditional or colonial homes.

    Colored

    • Colored films are available if you want to add a splash of color to a room. Tinted decorative films offer privacy to any space, which makes them ideal in bedrooms or bathrooms. Whether you want to use the film to contrast or complement the room's palette, colors to choose from include yellow, pink, green, blue or purple. If you should ever want to repaint the room, the static clings can be removed in minutes and transferred to another window in the home if desired.
