Attach the brackets to the left and right side panels, using the short screws that came with the cubby.
Attach the square-shaped vertical panels to the rectangular horizontal panels by screwing in the long screws that came with the product. Make sure the finished edge of the wood faces out.
Slide the cubby hole panels into each other. They have slotted grooves that fit into each other; no screws are necessary for this process.
Slide the cubby hole unit you assembled in Step 3 into the frame and press down firmly from the top to make sure all the fittings are properly secured.
Place pairs of shoes in the 12 different cubby holes.
