How to Install a Maytag Washer Control Board

If the controls on the top control panel, such as the timer or start buttons, of a Maytag washer can't be used, the control board within the control panel may need to be replaced. If the control board is fried or broken, a replacement part can be ordered from a Maytag manufacturer or online or brick-and-mortar retailer. Once the new control board is installed, problems from the washer's controls will be gone.
