How to Repair the Bearings in a Kenmore Elite HE3 Washer

If you hear squeaking, scraping or rumbling when you try to run your Kenmore HE3 washer, you might have a bearing problem. The bearings help rotate the tub smoothly and become worn over the course of your washer’s life. The replacement bearings come pre-assembled in the factory in either the front or rear variety. The process can vary depending on which HE3 washer you have, but it usually requires dissembling the unit.
