Confirm that the hot and cold faucets are both turned on and ready to supply water to the washer. Each faucet should be fully open for the maximum amount of water to flow into the machine. Turn the faucet handles clockwise to open them fully.
The washer will not fill for the rinse cycle if the water supply is not adequate. You may have to move your washer to another faucet if the water supply is bad in the laundry room. It is possible that it is a temporary problem and if you have time you can wait to try again later. Otherwise, you may need someone to assist you with moving the machine or with your plumbing.
If you have low water pressure, the machine will not fill with water for the rinse cycle. Avoid using water in anything else in the house when the washer is filling. By not running water elsewhere, the machine will have decent water pressure so that it can fill.
If a kink gets in the water inlet hoses, it can affect how water comes into the washer. The hoses are connected to the rear of the machine. They stretch from the washer to the faucets, which is how you can easily identify them. Straighten any kinks in the hoses to get the washer to fill for the rinse.
