How to Adjust the Door of a Kenmore HE2T Washer

The door of the Kenmore HE2T washing machine has a plastic outer trim and a perspex viewing window for monitoring the progress of a wash cycle. Over time, through frequent use, the screws holding the hinges to the front of the washer loosen and cause the door to sag. You may have trouble closing the door or encounter error codes when you try to begin a wash. Adjusting the screws ensures the appliance is always ready for use.
