How to Fix a Frigidaire Detergent Door

Your Frigidaire washer's detergent dispenser is routinely exposed to bleach, detergents and fabric softeners, and easily collects detergent residue over time if left uncleaned. Regular cleaning of the dispenser drawer eliminates buildup and maintains thorough cleaning of your clothes during each cycle. Liquid chlorine bleach is a suitable cleaning solution to dissolve buildup without damaging the washer, and flushes out the drawer's lines that simultaneously cleans the washer's drum.
