How to Remove a Frigidaire Bracket Stack

Moving a Frigidaire washer and dryer that are stacked on top of each other, requires removing the stack brackets. Unlike many manufacturers, the Frigidaire requires removal of the washer top panel. The brackets mount to the inside of the washer cabinet. This provides more stability for the dryer in the event the washer comes out of balance. Removing a Frigidaire bracket involves disconnecting the dryer so the bracket screws are accessible.
