Unplug the washing machine from the wall outlet.
Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the wire clamp and spring that surrounds the boot seal at the tub opening, and then peel the boot seal away from the door jamb.
Reach behind the door latch and unplug the door latch wire connector.
Close the washer door, then open the pump filter cover located on the bottom-front portion of the washer.
Unclip the black drainage tube.
Remove the filter housing by removing the mounting screw located below the black filter, and then pulling the filter housing out of the washer.
Remove the mounting screw behind the filter housing.
Remove the two screws from the rear of the top of the washer, slide the top back and lift the top off of the washing machine.
Pull the dispenser drawer out as far as it will go, depress the locking tab on the rear of the drawer and remove the drawer from the washer.
Remove the mounting screws from the front of the control panel, which are accessible with the dispenser drawer removed.
Remove the mounting screw from the right side of the rear of the control panel.
Release the control panel mounting tabs, moving from the left to the right, and then lift the control panel up. Rest the control panel on the top of the washer.
Remove the mounting screws at the top of the front panel.
Lift the front panel up and off of the washing machine.
Remove the screw securing the pump housing to the front of the washing machine frame.
Depress the tab at the bottom of the pump housing to release the housing. Lift the pump housing up.
Remove the wire connectors from the pump motor on the left side of the pump.
Release the clamps securing the two hoses to the pump housing and remove the hoses.
Remove the wires from the retaining clip on the side of the pump housing, then remove the pump housing and motor from the washing machine.
