How to Remove the Evaporative Drip Pan on a Jenn-Air

Like all refrigerators, the Jenn-Air refrigerator produces evaporative condensation due to defrosting. To prevent this moisture from accumulating on your kitchen floor, a drip pan is installed on the unit. This pan catches the condensation from the fridge's components. If water is leaking to the floor, the drip pan is likely faulty and needs to be replaced.

Pull the Jenn-Air refrigerator away from the wall so you can access the rear of it. Unplug the refrigerator power cable.
