Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet.
Open the freezer compartment door and move any contents blocking the ice maker.
Pull the front panel off of the front of the ice maker.
Locate the screw on the right side of the ice maker.
Rotate the screw one-quarter of a turn clockwise to reduce the amount of water that is allowed to flow into the ice tray.
Reassemble the ice maker, plug the refrigerator back into the wall outlet and then allow the ice maker to cycle, which may take several hours.
