# How to Replace a Gasket on a Jenn Air Outdoor Refrigerator
Your Jenn-Air outdoor refrigerator has a rubber gasket that lines the interior of the refrigerator door. The gasket is in place to keep the cold air in and warm air out. The gasket can crack or stretch over time, which will require you to replace it to keep your refrigerator cool.

- Mild dishwashing soap

Grip the gasket and pull the gasket away from the door.

Wipe the door’s channel frame with a mild soap-and-water mixture to remove any debris that may have been behind the old gasket.

Line up the new gasket to the door’s frame.

Push the gasket into the channel along the refrigerator’s door.

Wipe the new gasket with a cloth moistened with soap and water.

Close the refrigerator door to allow the gasket to form a tight seal.
