Turn off all faucets on the water heater's line. Tap "H" on the remote to increase the water temperature. Tap "C" to decrease the water temperature. The current temperature appears on the remote's display. Press the button repeatedly until the desired temperature appears.
Watch the "In Use" indicator to determine if the water heater is functioning. When you open the hot water flow on any faucet, the "In Use" indicator illuminates green to indicate that the burner is functioning to heat the water.
Press "M" in the upper right corner repeatedly to view any stored error messages. Address system errors with a repair technician.
Push the "H" button on the remote and hold it for two seconds. Press "M" while holding "H" to view the current water flow.
Press and hold "C," then press "M" to display the current temperature of the outlet water or the temperature of the water at the hot water line.
