Replacing the Ignitor in a Goodman GMNT Furnace

The burners in your Goodman home furnace are lit with the help of an ignitor. This is a small electrical component located inside the furnace. If the ignitor in your furnace is faulty, the whole unit will be rendered useless. There are safeguards in place that shut off the gas line when the ignitor isn't working, but you should still replace a bad ignitor as quickly as possible.
