Lyman 4500 Heater Installation

The Lyman 4500 bullet sizer and lubricator helps you determine the correct diameter of your cast bullets, and also lubricates the bullets. The lubricator utilizes a 110-volt or 220-volt, 20-watt heating element that allows you to use tougher lubes such as Lyman's Orange Magic. The heater element can manually be installed onto the lubricator at any time.

Allen screw, 10-32 size
Allen wrench, 3/32-inch

Instructions

  Turn off your Lyman 4500 heater if it's on, then unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

  Insert the heater element into the bottom, rear portion of the Lyman 4500 heater.

  Insert a 10-32 size Allen screw into hole above the heater element for securing it into place.

  Tighten the Allen screw using a 3/32 Allen wrench, but don't overly tighten the screw.

  Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. The heater element will then be fully installed.
