Position the TV mount against the wall in the desired location. Set the television within the mount, if necessary, to determine the appropriate angle and height for the mount. Remove the television from the mount, place the mount in the desired location and rest a carpenter's level on top to make sure it is level. Use a pencil to mark the wall with the locations of the screw attachment holes. Check your work carefully to make sure everything is just how you want it before you start drilling.
Set the television mount aside and drill into each marking using a masonry drill bit with a hammer drill. Ensure that the drill is on the hammer setting with maximum power. Use a masonry drill bit that is slightly smaller in diameter than your masonry screws, and which corresponds to the instructions on the masonry screw packaging. Drill the holes into the concrete to a depth of 3 inches.
Position the TV mount over the holes. Thread a 3-inch masonry screw through a washer and into each hole in the TV mount. Tighten the screws until the TV mount is firmly affixed to the wall.
