How to Remove the Switch Membrane on a Jenn-Air Microwave

Your Jenn-Air microwave oven comes with a switch on the inside of the door. The switch is activated when the door is closed, allowing the unit to begin cooking. The switch is covered by an outer cover, or membrane. If you are having problems shutting the door, you may have to replace the switch. To accomplish this, you must first remove the membrane.
