Turn off the electrical power to your KitchenAid Superba oven from your kitchen circuit breaker.
Loosen the screws on the locking latches located on each end of the oven door using a Phillips screwdriver.
Lower the oven door to a 90-degree angle and pull up to fully remove it from the oven. Set the door facing down on a flat surface.
Remove the two door liner screws at the top of the door and the door glass bracket screws at the bottom of the door. Lift up and remove the liner assembly from the back of the door.
Remove all inner glass holder screws from the remaining door line, then lift out the inner glass.
Remove the bottom bracket from the door, then slide out the center door glass. Remove all four hinge screws from the sides of the door.
Lift the cover off the door and remove the insulation. Remove the screws from the door handles, then remove the handles.
Remove the outside glass, then insert the new outer glass into the same position. Place the handles back on and reinsert the screws into the handles.
Remove the outside glass, then insert the new outer glass into the same position. Place the handles back on and reinsert the screws into the handles.
Place the insulation and cover back onto the backside of the door, then reinsert the four hinge screws into the sides of the door.
Slide in the new center glass part, and place the bottom bracket back onto the door.
Slide the inner glass back into the door, and reinsert all of the inner glass holder screws back into the door.
Place the liner assembly back on the backside of the door, and reinsert all of the screws to hold the assembly in place.
Reattach the oven door to the hinges and close the door. Tight the locking latches for the door, then turn the power supply back on from your kitchen circuit breaker.
