Instructions

  1. Power

    • 1

Go to your home’s breaker box and determine if all of the breakers are in the “On” position. The breaker for your kitchen should be labeled “Kitchen." Turn all of the breakers on.

    • 2

Remove your Spacemaker’s power cord from the wall outlet. Wait a few seconds and then plug the unit back into the wall. This will attempt to reset the unit and may fix your problem.

    • 3

Check the power cord for any frays or breaks. If you find any frays or breaks, leave the unit unplugged and take it to a repair shop immediately to replace the power cord.

    Error Messages

    • 4

Press the “Clear” button on the front of the Spacemaker to clear an error message that says "Locked" or "Loc" on the microwave display.

    • 5

Go to the back of the unit and make sure that the temperature control probe is plugged into the probe’s outlet if you see “Bad Probe” on the display screen. This is the small cylindrical sensor on the back of your microwave. Plug it in firmly to ensure a power connection.

Look to the display screen for an error message that reads “Sensor Error.” Wait for the microwave to sense the steam inside the unit before it starts to count down on the timer.
