Unplug the microwave from its electrical source.
Unscrew the screws that fasten the outer cabinet to the microwave. Remove the outer cabinet.
Follow the power cord into the microwave. You will find the fuse holder where the fuse sits.
Examine your fuse. If it's glass, see if the tube is blackened and the wire inside partially melted. If it's a ceramic fuse, attach it to an ohm meter. If it reads zero, it's fine. If it reads infinite, it is likely blown.
Snap out the old fuse and snap in a new one. Reattach the outer cabinet to the microwave. Screw the screws back into place.
Plug the microwave back into its electrical outlet. It should work again.
