LG Electronics' LMV168OST stainless steel microwave has a 1.6 square foot interior capacity. The microwave is equipped with both a turnstile and a removable shelf. The turnstile works in tandem with a fan located on top of the unit to increase the circulation of heat within the unit. A melt/soften setting is specially designed for the LMV168OST to do just that on a low wattage setting. An LED display and keypad are situated to the right of the door on the outside of the microwave.
LRM2060 is a 2 square foot capacity stainless steel counter top microwave with an optional trim kit. The two primary distinguishing features of the unit are its round cavity and sensor cooking. LRM2060's round cavity is designed to accommodate large cooking dishes and eliminate corners in order to facility cleaning the unit. Sensor cooking is humidity sensing technology that keeps the microwave going to avoid the under cooking of foods and it automatically turns off to avoid overcooking. The unit produces 1200 watts of heat and is equipped with a child lock.
LG's LMVH1750 stainless steel microwave has two specialized cooking technologies. Similar to the LRM2060 model, it is equipped with sensor cooking. Unlike other models of LG stainless steel microwaves, the LMVH1750 uses convection technology to cook. Convection heating technology employs a fan to circulate heat throughout a space. The technology is commonly used in ovens and cooks food in a more traditional manner than standard microwave heat. The LMVH1750 has a capacity of 1.7 square feet.
LG stainless steel microwave model number LSRM205ST is nearly identical to the LRM2060 unit. There are two major differences between these units. The biggest difference is the sensor reheat feature. This feature measures humidity in much the same manner as the sensor cooking feature, though will restart the microwave in order to reheat food that has been left for long enough to go cold. The second difference between the LSRM205ST and the LRM2060 is the warranty. The former has a warranty of two years, the latter has a warranty of one year.
