If you are having problems getting the microwave to start, unplug the microwave from the wall outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it in and try again.
Check your home's breaker box or fuse box if there is no power to the microwave.
Plug another appliance in the outlet to see if that appliance works with the outlet. Try plugging the microwave into a different outlet to see if it works. If so, the outlet may need to be replaced.
If the microwave will not cook food, press firmly on the oven door to close it fully.
Press "Start" after entering a time to cook the food. The microwave will not begin to cook until "Start" is pressed.
Remove the glass tray from the microwave if it wobbles during operation. Wipe the roller ring and tray with a damp cloth to remove any food particles, and put the ring and tray back in place.
Deactivate the "Child" lock if the display panel features the word "Child." Press "Start" three times to deactivate the child lock.
