How to Clean the Filter for a Menumaster Commercial Microwave

Commercial grade microwaves produced by Menumaster are all equipped with an air intake filter. Menumaster recommends cleaning the filter at least once a week to avoid overheating and oven damage. A clean air filter improves air flow through the microwave. The oven must not be operated without the filter in place, as this could lead to the microwave oven being damaged.
